Starting in June of 2022, i began to show our MAs in an effort to better understand the qualities that are sought after in the pursuit of dogs that exhibit correct breed standard.

Little did i know about the amazing world of the purebred dog "fancy", along with the fantastic people who are involved in it.

i am continually amazed at what can be learned, and how generous people can be in the sharing of it.

best of all, i've found a whole other new way to interact and further enhance my relationship with my beloved dogs. as we continue to learn and challenge ourselves, it promises to bring us better outcomes in the breeding of physically and mentally sound and beautiful dogs going forward.

Maverick was the first for us to try at showing, and was truly our darling "Guinea pig"....
he took this bright new world all in stride, and came out shining. We are so proud of our little man for accompanying us on our steep learning curve!

LEXI Has gone on to become an accomplished conformation Grand Champion with Multi Group placings. She finished out the 2024 season as OVERALL NUMBER 4 MAS in Canada, Number 2 female in Canada, and most exciting was her placing as the NUMBER ONE Owner-Handled MAS in Canada.
We're VERY proud of our sweetheart, and I am grateful for the many supporters we've had along the way!

Deniro recently shone again at the CKOC May 2025 show, rewarded by Tannis Postma with another Best Puppy in Group award. Thank you judge Tannis, for your repeated awarding of our lovely upcoming young male. ( And no, you still cannot take him home with you, lol)
