   Call me biased, but these small to medium sized dogs are incredible and exceptional companions. Whether home is in a city or out in a rural setting, they lend themselves to your lifestyle on one condition.... that you make them a priority in your life. With their extreme intelligence and trainability, plus as a result of generations of purposeful breeding and development to shape them to work alongside their human(s) for great lengths of time (think a herding dog tending the flock with their shepherd), these sweethearts 

live to please and be with you.*

     Obviously there are only a certain few that work in herds regularily nowadays, and in the absence of that, these guys absolutely thrive with people who want a well-trained, devoted, active friend and companion. With proper guidance and shaping, your puppy will grow into the most amazing and connected dog you may have ever had the joy to share your life with. They are eager to get active, but also embrace down time with their families.  They do best when they have a balance of emotional, mental, and physical stimulation to satisfy their desire to be with and engage with you.      For those less inclined to seek out competitive sports, Mini Americans love to walk, run, hike, bike, accompany horse riders and any other going-places endeavors, or they can be more than happy simply fetching the ball or disc in your own back yard. The key is to ensure they feel included in your daily life at least for a good part of your day.

     These loveable creatures are in my opinion, an incredible, beautiful inside-and-out, devoted, connected, biddable, and eager friend and companion in a COMPACT yet robust package
